Terms & Conditions for Product Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of products from “MINAVER GENERAL TRADING” (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“you,” “your”) confirms full acceptance of these Terms. No variation shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
    • 2.1. All orders are subject to written acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.

      2.2. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified without prior written consent of the Company.

    • 3.1. All prices are stated in [AED] and are subject to revision without notice until confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
    • 3.2. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment is received.
    • 3.3. Accepted payment methods include [list: credit card, bank transfer, etc.

    4.1. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party carriers, customs clearance, force majeure, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
    4.2. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

    5.1. Goods are sold on a final sale basis, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be accepted except in the case of proven manufacturing defects or transit damage, strictly subject to the conditions set forth herein.
    5.2. Any claim for defect, damage, shortage, or refund must be reported in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
    5.3. To be eligible for a return or refund:
    • The goods must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
    • The defect or damage must be substantiated with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs, inspection reports).
    • The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify the claimed defect or damage before approving any refund or replacement.
    5.4. Refunds, where approved, shall be limited to the value of the defective goods only and shall be processed using the original method of payment within 15 business days. Shipping, handling, and related costs are strictly non-refundable.
    5.5. Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or promotional goods are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

    6.1. The Company warrants that products supplied will conform to specifications and be free from material defects at the time of delivery.

    6.2. The Company’s liability is strictly limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the defective product, at its sole discretion.
    6.3. The Company shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm.

    Personal data provided by you will be collected, stored, and processed strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your order, customer service, and legal compliance. We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except as necessary to process orders or where required by law.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE governing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai Courts jurisdiction.
